About us
Paul Blair, our lead coach has had over thrity years experience in the automotive industry and has coached staff across the UK, Japan, China, Italy and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Paul's list of achievements includes being a Fellow of The Institute of Sales Management and one of the Founding Fellows of the UK Sales Association. Specialising in supporting automotive businesses and manufacturers.
Paul has a unique advantadge that makes him relatable to the teams he coaches. When not coaching he works in our retail motorcycle business in all departments, making sure he is current and upto date with the challenges faced by individuals and businesses in the modern retail world.
In addition Paul has been selected as a Judge for the British Excellence in Sales Management Awards two years running and was a finalist himself the year after.
